PAN AFRICAN NARRATIVE
The International community has supported and fronted the new framework to peace building which is the Responsibility to Protect. The prevention of genocides and several other crimes against humanity through joint effort. In letter, this is an exemplary goal with a Westernised print out. I do not intend to exclude the African input to the international community setting but the failure of the procedure initiates a –who is the actual owner of it- thought. It is then that I will be able to compare and contrast, between the sponsoring faction and the silent owner. Kwame Nkrumah spearheaded African liberation from colonialism, Malcom X and Martin Luther King were at the centre of the battle abroad. The old black guy was married to the people and the ideal of freedom. What aroused this enthusiasm was actually the responsibility to protect, in an old capsule.
